Yes for sure.Before that there was also a steriod which was useful in curing with severe covid patients .That steriod was also cheaply avaliable in india and also largely manufactured in india and was found to be effective too.
Sorry to correct you on this. This drug decreases the mortality rate of critically ill people and does not CURE the disease !

Decreasing the mortality rate means they effective on such serverly ill patients,Altest for saving them from death if not curing them to full like making them negative
Yup .Decreasing the death rate upto 20%who are in oxygen and upto 35%who are on ventilators.Have gone through now.
