Epic Legend
As Daniel and Talia talked to their guests the weather outside began to turn , thunder rumbled and lightning flashed amongst the dark clouds as the wind blew strong and the rain began to fall hard and fast. As Daniel talked to a few of the guests Talia looked towards the window as the lightning flashed bright and the thunder rumbled louder , she began to feel uneasy as the storm raged on , a few moments later Daniel stood beside her and looked towards the window.
The lightning flashed rapidly for a few moments as the rain fell faster , suddenly Talia became startled as she saw a dark figure outside in the storm , "it is him...I saw Vladimir standing by the window" said Talia. "There is no-one there , it is just your mind playing tricks" said Daniel , "but it looked so...real.." she said as Daniel held her hand , "let us go into the ballroom" he said , a moment later they had entered the ballroom and then sat down.
The musicians played their songs and the guests began to dance around the ballroom , as the music filled the room and echoed through the halls Daniel and Talia watched their guests dancing. Suddenly there was someone knocking on the door making Talia almost jump out of her chair , Daniel and Talia stood up and walked into the hall and then opened the door , after opening the door they saw nobody there , "hmm it must have been the wind catching the door knock.
A few moments later they closed the door and walked into the dining room , the maids were bringing out the food and more drinks and placing it on the large tables. Suddenly Talia began to hear someone whispering in her ear , "I am coming for you..." Said the voice , "leave me alone..." Said Talia as she turned her head to one side , Daniel raised an eyebrow and looked at her with concern and said "are you ok Talia?" , "yes I am fine.." she said as looked at the window from the corner of her eye.
Moments later her opened a little wider as she saw Vladimir standing outside in the storm , she grabbed Daniel's arm and said "look he is out there by the fountain" , "I do not see anyone there" said Daniel , "you cannot see him? , he's right there now" said Talia. She blinked and then Vladimir had vanished , "I swear he was...." Said Talia , later that evening the guests had begun to leave the Halloween party , they said goodbye to the remaining guests and closed the door.
Daniel looked at Talia and said "these hallucinations and nightmares cannot continue" , "I know , I want them to go away" said Talia as she wrapped her arms around him. "I have an idea but you may not like it" he said , "what is it?" She asked , "I think we should take a visit to our old town back where we met , it may help you with your hallucinations and nightmares" said Daniel , Talia stood there in silence for a moment and reluctantly agreed.
"Very well , we shall take the train to our old home in Ravenwood tomorrow evening" said Daniel as they walked up the stairs towards their bedroom...
