Epic Legend
It's now December 31st 1847 and the winter holidays were drawing to a close as the new year of 1848 approached , a horse galloped down the road as it approached the town of Edenvale. Atop the horse was a man wearing black clothes , his name is Altair Van Helsing , his shoulder length brown hair flowed in the wind as he rode faster and faster , a short time later Van Helsing had finally arrived at Edenvale , he rode his horse through the streets making his presence known.
Suddenly a crowd appeared around him just as the sun had set beyond the horizon , "who are you?" Asked one of the citizens nervously , "my name is Altair Van Helsing" he said. The citizens stepped forward and moved a little closer and whispered amongst themselves , "the legendary hunter?" Said one of the other citizens , Van Helsing nodded and said "I have been tracking a monster , I believe it to be here in Edenvale".
"Monster...what kind of monster?" Asked the man beside him , " a vampire" said Van Helsing , the crowd gasped and stepped back as the moon rose above the horizon. "Yes there is a vampire amongst you" said Van Helsing , the crowd became fearful knowing a vampire lived amongst them , he asked the crowd if they had seen anything unusual recently , "well Edenvale castle collapsed in recent times" said one of the women in the crowd.
"How is that unusual?" Asked Van Helsing , "there were explosions before it collapsed" said the woman as she pointed towards the hill , he thanked the citizens and rode towards the hill. A short time later he had arrived at the top of the hill and looked around him , he climbed off his horse and began to search the rubble for clues , a few minutes later he saw something poking out from the rubble , he moved closer and saw a hand amongst the rubble.
He cleared some of the debris out of the way and found a body , he crouched down and examined it , "hmm puncture marks on the neck , looks like I'm in the right place" he thought to himself. He turned the head a little and said "wait I know this man , it's Doctor Frankenstein....you won't be causing trouble anymore" he said , a moment later he covered Doctor Frankenstein's body and climbed back onto his horse and rode back down the hill.
Meanwhile an ear shattering scream echoed in the darkness , "what was that..." Thought Van Helsing , he rode towards the direction of the scream until he reached a quiet part of the town. A few moments later he had arrived and looked around for anything unusual , he climbed off his horse and grabbed his crossbow and walked towards the dark alleyway silently , as he walked into the dark alleyway he saw a woman kneeling over a body.
"Do not move!" Said Van Helsing as he aimed his crossbow at here , suddenly the woman turned around and looked at him , "ah there you are Harmony" he said. Harmony's eyes glowed red as the moonlight seeped into the alleyway , "you , murderer , you killed my sister!!" She hissed , "your sister Guinevere was a monster... just like you" said Van Helsing , Harmony rushed forwards towards him fast , "do not move!" Said Van Helsing as he held his crossbow firmly.
"You shall pay for killing her...." Said Harmony as blood dripped from her lips , meanwhile Daniel and Talia were walking through the streets and noticed the crowd. "What is going on here" said Talia , "I do not know , we should listen to the crowd" said Daniel , they stood amongst the shadows and began to listen , a few minutes later they heard the crowd talking about the visitor , "oh no... he's here.." said Talia , "who is here?" Asked Daniel , "the hunter , Altair Van Helsing...he killed my sister Guinevere" she said.
"What is he doing here now?" Said Daniel , "oh no...he must have followed Harmony here , we are not safe here but we must save Harmony" said Talia , "let us look for her now" said Daniel. Talia and Daniel walked through the streets looking for Harmony and Van Helsing , "they must be here some" said Talia , suddenly they heard a horse neighing nearby , they ran down the street and saw Harmony and Van Helsing fighting as the citizens began to run away.
"We must save her..." Said Talia as she ran towards Harmony , "wait...if Van Helsing is that dangerous he will kill us all" said Daniel , "I cannot stand or hide , Harmony needs our help" said Talia. Moments later Talia and Daniel ran towards Harmony and Van Helsing and stood between them , "please stop this" said Talia , "ah Talia, it has been so long , I can rid this town of you and your sister at the same time" said Van Helsing , Daniel and Talia clenched their fists and prepared themselves to fight for their survival...
