Salt was controlled human emotions like angry,sex,etc..
we are not used salt in food before 6000BCE,it was used to start only for food preservation, Now we all are adicted to eat salt.
Whenever you didn't control your emotions ,some days salt eat less.

Rock salt better than Sea salt.

Rock salt (or Halite) is the mineral or crystal form of table salt (NaCl). The mineral is typically colorless or white, but may also have other colors depending on the amount and type of impurities.

Is it healthy?

You need salt for your body to function properly, so it is healthy in that sense. Unfortunately, people tend to consume more of it than necessary. In the Netherlands 85% of people at more than the recommended maximum amount of 6 grams a day. The rest of the Western World is unlikely to be much different as people tend not to count how much salt they eat and if they do, they forget to count the salt hidden in pre-packaged food.

In short: Eat less than 6 grams of salt a day (equal to 2.4 grams of sodium) and you can consider it a healthy habit.
