Am I wrong?
Take bottom left match stick from first number 8 in the LHS so it will become 9 and put the taken match stick in the middle of 0 in the RHS so it will be come 8.
Now reframe the equation. You can see valid equation.
9 + 3 - 4 = 8
Answer should be zero, we can't change the answer, think think think

Okay my answer is also correct based on another constraint such that all number in equation should have single digit.

Remove the bottom matchstick from number 4 to make it 11 and hence the answer is 8+3-11=0
