Edward lay there motionless on the table his breath had stopped and his heart stopped beating , "there's nothing we can do boss" said one of Vanessa's colleagues as they looked at his still lifeless body. Over the next few weeks Vanessa and her colleagues attended Edward's funeral and investigated what had caused the explosion outside the office building.
One day as Vanessa sat in her hover car zooming through the city sky she suddenly said an idea , "the anomaly must've caused that explosion or maybe something that came out of the anomaly" she thought. Vanessa drove back to her luxurious apartment and took the elevator to her room , she looked at her computer and went over the information and pictures again closely , she looked closer and saw something flying away from the explosion in one of the pictures , "aha so something did come out of the portal outside my office building" she thought.
The next day Vanessa investigated the scene of the explosion in her car as it hovered around where the explosion happened , "hmm very odd readings" she thought , then suddenly an anomaly appeared in the air right in front of her. Something started to emerge from the portal , some kind of strange aircraft , "uh oh I'd better get away from here" said Vanessa , she started to drive away when suddenly her hover car was hit by a strange wave of energy , the hover car fell through the sky and towards the ground....
