Kabhi socha hai, hum kisi insaan se itna attach kyun ho jaate hain?

Shayad humein insaan se zyada
uske saath judi hui expectations se mohabbat ho jaati hai.

Hum chahte hain woh waise hi rahe,
waise hi baat kare,
waise hi samjhe jaise hum chahte hain.

Aur jab woh badal jaata hai,
toh humein lagta hai ki usne humein hurt kiya.

Lekin shayad dard uske badalne ka nahi hota…
dard us image ke tootne ka hota hai
jo humne uske baare mein apne andar bana rakhi thi.

Attachment kehta hai — “Tum mere hisaab se raho.”
Love kehta hai — “Tum jaise ho, waise reh sakte ho.”

Shayad isi difference ko samajhna hi
emotional freedom ki pehli seedhi hai. ‍
