I had to wait until past midnight to post as I immensely respect teachers—the real ones, not random encounters.
Wisdom and knowledge are two distinct things. What lessons we learn in the classroom are knowledge, as is driving a car or bike. What we mostly accumulate through hardships and difficulties is also knowledge.
The purpose of knowledge is to help us live a better life than we could without it. That is all it's meant to do, nothing more, nothing less. So, if you want to learn about dangers to avoid and opportunities to seize, these life experiences serve a purpose. But that's not life; it's merely surviving.
Stop treating life as a classroom. Stop believing that hardships and difficulties are there to teach you anything. Take each moment with a fresh perspective, and you shall realize, maybe for the first time, that all your notions are merely smoke in front of a mirror, in which you are standing and smiling all along.
To all the teachers , Happy Teacher's day.
