Yes yes please suggest a solution to it . I can't stop living in the past and worrying about the future.

I will do anything other than something where I have to do a course with you to learn it .

I would suggest you that you make an action plan for each day... Stay immersed in work..It would result you to overthink less...
Dream about the future you want but don't just keep dreaming make a proper step by step way through which you would eventually reach there one day ...
This way anxiety won't eat you up because you'll know that you are living in the present but you have your future secured
And regarding past... Thinking about the past won't really change anything.. Meditate more
What's gone is gone ...You can't really change anything about it.. Every passing second is never gonna return...So make the most out of whatever you've left with!!
