Is honesty always the best policy even if sometimes telling harmless lie or hiding something can save a relation from falling apart?
I believe honesty is always the best choice... A relationship built on truth may face difficult conversations, but it will never face the fear of being exposed.. Even a harmless lie can slowly create distance, because trust is fragile... If two people truly care for each other, they should be able to handle the truth with maturity... It might hurt for a moment but honesty builds respect, security n longterm strength... I would rather face a hard truth than live comfortably in a lie ✨❤️

Yess you're right...sometimes taking a bitter medicine of truth is better than a sweet honey of a lie

Honesty is important, but how you say the truth matters just as much. A harmless lie might fix things for a moment, but real trust is built on honesty. In the long run, a relationship that survives the truth is stronger than one protected by lies

Yess you're right...the way you tell the truth also matters ...sometimes sensitive issues must be solved in a certain manner

Hello and good evening mate. Sometimes a harmless lie to protect and save a relationship is not bad. One can always clear it later depending on how strong the relationship is. That's my view point. Cheers!!!!

This POV is also valid... It just depends on what the lie is all about....

If any relation is based on lies, it'll need many more lies to keep it going and no satisfaction.
If you looses someone but you know you were honest all the time that'll give more satisfaction and is ideally right thought sometimes things may be different but I'll prefer honesty

Honesty is often ideal, but context matters. Sometimes, withholding truth protects feelings or prevents unnecessary hurt. It’s about balancing sincerity with empathy – knowing when to share and when to tread softly . What’s your take?
