It hurts because nowadays there is love everywhere, yet real love feels missing... What people call love is often just lust wearing a beautiful mask... Attention replaces effort, desire replaces depth... No one wants to wait, no one wants to stay.. They choose excitement over commitment n momentary pleasure over lasting connection..They don’t realize that lust over love is never forever.. Lust fades when the thrill dies..but love, real love, survives time, silence n storms ❤️✨

Love and lust are basically two sides of the same coin...That's why, in most cases people mistake lust for love, and that's where it all goes wrong.. It usually starts with temporary happiness and temporary attachment, a moment that feels too good to question. Lust can stay for a while too, and by the time it fades, u realize u thought it was love, but it never really was. And ya love isn't easy...It asks for patience, effort, and emotional risk, while lust only asks for the moment. But sometimes people hide their real emotions behind lusty talks, not bcz they don't feel deeply, but bcz they're scared to let the other person know they're catching real feelings. Bcz once the other person knows, they might pull away, create distance, or leave. So some people mask love as lust just to stay close without being vulnerable, and some people mask lust as love just to pass time and avoid being alone...
