    have you created a new user name and pasword since the room did its big updates?..If you have..you may need to reset your password...let me know

    No, was able to carry it over from before. I have $1.00 credit if that is any help. When i tried to re-set my password, the e-mail address is not recognized, even though i am logged in with that e-mail.
    Sorry about all this....I'll keep trying. :)

    Also, my join date was Sept 14, so i dont remember if that was before or after the big updates.

    do you have a different email you can use..even one thats no longer being used..its just to register..zozo never sends anything out to you...might be easier then all this..idk
