Honestly, I don't keep track of the exact hours, but my phone usage varies from day to day. On some days, I might spend around 2-3 hours or 4–5 hours, mostly on ZoZo and IG for reading and sharing posts, along with occasional calls and listening to music on YouTube.

However, I am not someone who needs to be on my phone all the time. I enjoy my offline moments just as much, especially a little quiet time with myself. I believe it's not just about how much time we spend on our phones, but also how meaningfully we use that time.
