What it denotes, that for enjoying two days we have to struggle for 5 days.

Basically, enjoyment last for less time and struggle is long.

Same applies here, by Friday we are all most in the mood of enjoyment and that time period gets over fast and time period from Monday to Friday takes three days , it denotes our struggle.
