Speak, Don't Bottle It

(This is topic isn't to be turned into a 'pissing contest'. It's about helping and giving advice to those going through difficult times should they need someone to speak to about it. If you have nothing pleasant to say you will be dealt with by the lovely awesome chatzozo forum administrators. So please be respectful and considerate!)

We've all done it, probably more times than we count. We get angry, or stressed, or frustrated, we get depressed and we all bottle it up inside ourselves, and it sits there in our minds and ticks over like a time bomb just waiting to explode. 9 times out of 10 just something small could trigger that ticking bomb we've bottled up inside of us and some poor random person ends up being on the receiving end.

My advice is to speak to some one about, it doesn't have to be someone you know, you could just let it out on stranger willing to listen! Forums like this are sometimes the greatest way to let it all out. You won't be judged here, and you have the right to speak freely, What you yourself have experienced or are still experiencing someone else going through a similar challenge in life might benefit from your advice.
