When we are confused,
we tend to make the decisions

chaos and pain

Every one of us have experienced depression
at some point in our lives,

"The End " there is absolutely no hope.
Be it a celebrity or just another kid,
be it an engineer or doctor,
be it a businessman or an ordinary by-stander,
depression hits when you stop loving yourself
and start looking from the wrong side of the story.
Asking for help is not the primary choice coz in most of the
cases the person does not even realize he/she needs help.
And when that help is offered by a loved one/friend/family without judgements,
THERE IS HOPE!
