We have password reset option on chat aswell but only if you register with valid email address as it sends reset link to email

Have anyone tried and tested that option? It is available but

Sorry to break that bubble it wont work however hard we try. So thats why we cant reset password.

It sends a spam email to our valid email address with reset link and code to fill. But whenever I try it just displays a blank page as below.

Yeah it does not work, anyway these things will get fixed in the new chat, You better create a new account or, send your email id of the account when you registered your account through the PM, so i can help with you reset your password.
