The teaser reveals the rear profile, which suggests that it could be a Scrambler based on the CB350. The bike has dual-purpose tyres and differently-styled seat pattern, which are common with Scramblers on sale in India. Adding to it, the bike had blacked-out cycle parts instead of chrome in the H’ness CB350.

It is expected that the new Honda CB350 Scrambler will be powered by the same 348cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that churns out a maximum power output of 20.7bhp and a peak torque of 30Nm. For transmitting power, the engine will be mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The motorcycle is likely to feature the 17-inch alloy wheels, which is an inch smaller than the CB350.

The motorcycle will have disc brakes along with dual-channel ABS system. The motorcycle is likely to share most of the components and features such as round headlamps, LED turn indicators and tail-lamps, alloy wheels with tubeless tyres and a semi-digital instrument console. It is likely to come with classic silver bar-end mirrors, blacked-out absorbers, new graphics on fuel tank and a uniquely styled rear profile with new taul-lamps and different seat.

The new Honda CB350 Scrambler will be sold through Honda’s premium dealership network, called the Big Wing. It is most likely to be positioned slightly above the regular H’ness CB350, which is priced between Rs 1.86 lakh and Rs 1.92 lakh. The motorcycle could cost around 2 lakh.
