Mental conflicts are human nature. Today is happy, tomorrow will sad, and in between there are days when you overthink. Sometimes you may feel angry for no reason. Some people accept it. Others blame it. If you dwell on it, it will make you even more miserable. Since humans are different, their solutions are also different. Some people listen to music, some people read, some people travel from one place to another, they cook. Some people even dance. They are restless. They run around without rest. They are actually running away from their thoughts. But there are those who do all these things willingly. They find pleasure in it. Whatever you do in life, it becomes an addiction later. Wouldn't it be better if there was an addiction that doesn't kill our health?
