The travellers passed through the cold vastness of space as stars shone brightly and planets spun around them , they travelled from one solar system to another passing through strange but colourful nebulas.
The travellers moved onwards past a burning supernova and navigated the cold icy shimmering rings of a beautiful sky blue planet , they travelled further meeting strange new species and other lifeforms.
The travellers got pulled into a wormhole and became lost in deep space further than anyone had ever gone before , they encountered temporal anomalies and spatial distortions as they were moved between different times and dimensions.
The travellers knew they would never get back home but were determined to try their best no matter what happened , with the technology they had acquired on their journey they created a time space device to try and reach home.
Unfortunately something went wrong with the time space device and they were thrown further into deep space and further away from their own time , years later the travellers had become stranded at the edge of the universe.
Their ship systems were failing the vast darkness and coldness of space closed in on them , the crew slowly faded away one by one until only two remained , the captain and his lover , they held each other as life support systems failed.
Their skin became cold as they breathed their last few breaths and then everything went dark, the ship systems completely failed as the captain and his lover faded away as the distant stars glowed.
